This position will support the day-to-day flow of materials at Om Manufacturing's Lehi, UT facility, handling receiving, shipping, and inventory tasks that keep production running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced warehouse environment. No prior warehouse experience is required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate takes pride in accurate, careful work and is a dependable team player.

Job Duties

This role has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

•        Order Picking & Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage materials and finished goods accurately and on schedule to meet daily shipping and production needs.

•        Receiving: Assist with unloading and checking in incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips.

•        Shipping: Prepare and load outbound shipments, ensuring items are properly packaged, labeled, and documented.

•        Inventory Handling: Accurately count, label, and put away inventory, and assist with regular cycle counts.

•        Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including proper storage and labeling of materials.

•        Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.

•        Production Support: Deliver materials to production lines and pick up finished goods as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

•        Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety standards, including proper material handling and hazard reporting.

Key Metrics:

•       Orders picked/packed per shift

•       Inventory accuracy contribution

Requirements:

•        Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required; willing to train.

•        Ability to read and follow pick lists, packing slips, and basic written instructions.

•        Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and, with training, material handling equipment.

•        Forklift certification a plus, or willingness to obtain it after hire.

•        Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

•        Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

•        High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

•        Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and safely operate warehouse equipment.

Pay: $20 – $21/hour
