Job Title: Security Guard - Swing Shift

Location: X Lazy B Ranch, 18900 E Old Sycamore Rd., Mayer, AZ

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20-$23/hr (DOE)

Shift: 4pm - 12am(Midnight)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team on the Swing Shift. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:

- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms or emergencies in accordance with established protocols.
- Control access to the facility by verifying identification and ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of windows, doors, and gates to ensure they are secure.
- Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and customers, offering directions and responding to inquiries.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports after any security-related occurrences.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and observant at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Must possess the ability to stand, sit and walk for multiple hours (inclement weather is a given).
- Availability to work the Swing Shift, which includes afternoons and evenings, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
